Step 1: Log in as Administrator

Step 2: Go to Start--> Run--> and type gpedit.msc

Step 3: Expand the "local computer policy"

Step 4: Expand the "administrative templates"

Step 5: Expand "network branch"

Step 6: Highlight the "QoS Packet Scheduler"

Step 7: Double click the "limit reservable bandwidth"

Step 8: on settings tab check the "enabled"

Step 9: Finally change the "Bandwidth limit %" to 0

Now your internet connection speed is fast than the previous and it will increase your bandwidth by at least 20%.
